Extra credit is an additional tool that students will have as a supplementary means in order to try and raise or increase their class average.  Please note that completing an extra credit assignment does not guarantee that the student will be passing at the end of interim or the end of a quarter.

It is the responsibility of the students to check the Global Studies website for Mr. Bush in order to view any extra credit assignments and their corresponding due dates.

Rules for Extra Credit;
  1. Extra Credit is due on the date posted during your class period, not at a later date.
  2. If a student is not completing their homework on a regular basis they will not be eligible for extra credit. (Complete at least 2/3 of the assignments)
  3. All of the criteria must be completed for the assignment in order to receive the extra credit. (Example: Typed, 1 page in length, print out of the article.)
  4. The extra credit will be graded according to the criteria of the assignment, so please put forth the effort that you do for all of your work.  (Just because you complete the extra credit assignment that does not entitle you to receive a grade of 100 %)
  5. None of these rules are negotiable, if you have a problem or issue please do not hesitate to see Mr. Bush
